JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide effective implementation of Career Development & Services activities to accomplish graduate employability target in BINUS University
• Ensure effective assessment activities for BINUS Career Center clients
• Build strong and effective external and internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Master Degree in Psychology
• Min. 1 years working experience as assessors/consultant/trainer
• Has experience in handling the usage of psychological test tools
• Special skill : People development , Career development method for job seekers, Assessment Skill , Counselling Skills, Training Skills
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Area
• Willing to work on Saturday (2x/week)
