Psychometrician
Peepl is looking for an experienced Assessment Center Lead to lead the end-to-end management of our assessment processes. We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong interest in technology and AI developments within the assessment and human resources field, and who are motivated to bring innovative, technology-driven approaches into our assessment center operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer psychometric assessments
- Process and analyze psychometric data to support organizational decision-making
- Contribute to the development of accurate, data-driven assessment systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assessment quality and relevance
- Stay informed on emerging technology and AI applications in psychometrics and HR
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree (S2) in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometrics, assessment, or analytics
- Strong understanding of assessment and psychometric principles
- Proven experience in data processing and analysis
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong interest in technology and AI developments within psychometrics and HR

Assessment Center Lead
At Peepl, we use data-driven assessments to make better people decisions. We’re looking for a Psychometrician who can manage assessments, analyze data, and explore how technology and AI can improve psychometrics and HR.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end assessment center process, from planning through reporting
- Design and implement assessment tools and methodologies
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of assessment programs
- Analyze assessment data and produce strategic, actionable reports
- Explore and integrate digital technology and AI solutions to improve assessment processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree (S2) in Professional Psychology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Assessment Center
- Strong understanding of assessment center methodologies and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Certified Assessment Center Assessor, SSP, and SIPP certification
- Genuine interest in the development of technology and AI in the field of assessment and human resources
