Indonesia Epson Industry (furthermore IEI), is a leading printer manufacturing company located in EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi.
In general, we produce two kinds of Epson printers: Ink-Jet dan SIDM (Serial Impact Dot Matrix) Printers, with its various models. Our production capacity is more than 10 million printers in a year ; most of all are for export market. During peak season more than 10,000 employees work in this factory.

Do quality confirmation of new printer software/firmware to ensure all functions running as design, and product has performance as specified in quality standard

Analysis any nonconformance items for customer points of view, to be feedback for design improvement

Designing inspection check sheet

Analyze and reporting problem and inspection result

Design printer program-based requirement specification of printer

Develop printer program based on design specification
-
Make sure the quality of developed program by competences evaluation
